Introduction

Operation activities consist of the production of goods and providing services, value-added services, etc. Basically, these creative activities should be aligned with market opportunity for optimal enterprise performance.

Operations management is the area of business that is concerned with the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are effective. It also includes managing resources, the distribution of goods and services to the buyers, and the analysis of all systems involved in these activities.

There is huge requirement of qualified Operations Managers in today’s industry. Only efficient Operation Manager can ensure the effective handling of all the activities during production, sales-service, and post-sales services. This course will open doors of opportunities in the industries like Banking, Co-operative Credit Organisations, Insurance & Investment Companies, Manufacturing industries, Automotives, Information Technology firms, Pharmaceutical Companies, Telecommunications Companies, Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Companies, all Government and Semi-Government organizations, etc

Note :

Online examination will be conducted for above subjects.
Student will have to submit two assignments for each subject.
Online examinations carry 70% and assignments carry 30% weightage.

Exam Fee per Attempt :

For all the subjects First attempt exam fees @ Rs. 200 per Subject / US $ 50 has to be paid at the time of examination.

For Subsequent attempts the exam fees will be Rs. 200 per Subject / US $ 50 Payable at the time of examination.

Total Fees to be paid in full at the time of admission in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "MIT School of Distance Education" Payable at Pune.

Procedure:

Submit applications online by mentioning RBA in reference column with RBA code as 20080120 and write a mail at pkmalik@mitsde.com.

Instructions for Filling up the form:
1) General information to be provided with details like name, address and other details.
2) The address which you mention should be the address on which you need the correspondense from our side
like Study kit etc.
3) Pin Code for address and email id is necessary.
4) In Reference column please select RBA and put 20080120 as RBA code.
5) After submitting the form please cut and paste that in word format and send on pkmalik@mitsde.com for
records.

Duration : One year.

Note : Participant is expected to put in minimum ten hours of study per week.

Validity of registration : Two years.

Eligibility : : Graduates of any discipline / Diploma in Engineering with two years experience.
